Southern Land Company announces four new lease agreements with health and wellness businesses that will occupy the second floor of its Vertis Green Hills community located at 4000 Hillsboro Pike. New businesses include beauty salon Spoke & Weal, spa La Bella e Famosa, fitness studio SculptHouse and yoga studio CorePower Yoga.

“We are excited to bring a collection of new, upscale health and wellness services to the Green Hills market,” says Paul Neuroth, Southern Land Company Senior Vice President of retail leasing. “We are confident that each business will bring unique services that will attract Green Hills residents and patrons from across Nashville.”

  • La Bella e Famosa ( is a destination spa that will occupy 4,000 square feet on the second floor. “Our upscale spa will bring a unique environment and new health and beauty services to Green Hills,” says owner Dee Dee Ralston, who will operate the new location alongside her daughter Carlie Beane. The spa will offer a holistic approach to help clients reach and maintain their ultimate image potential and inner well-being. Services will include body contouring, aesthetics, plus a variety of relaxation and wellness treatments.
  • CorePower Yoga ( is an intensely physical workout rooted in the mindfulness of yoga. The premier yoga brand offers a wide range of classes for students at all levels. The studio at Vertis Green Hills will add to the Denver-based company’s more than 165 locations nation-wide. The studio will also be CorePower Yoga’s second location in the Nashville area – its first is scheduled to open in late May 2017 in Brentwood, TN. Its salon at Vertis Green Hills represents Spoke & Weal’s entry into the Nashville market. “At Spoke & Weal, we believe beauty comes from within.
