Screening: We’ll review your application, screen your credit and background, and verify your income.
Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive an email with a Welcome Letter and all the necessary move-in information. Your lease will be sent shortly after.
Q. Do you require renter's insurance?
A. For your peace of mind, we require renter’s insurance with a minimum coverage of $300,000. It's all about keeping you and your belongings safe and sound. We've got your back!
Q. How do I submit a maintenance or service request?
A. Need something fixed? You can easily submit maintenance requests through our resident portal or the SLC Communities app. These tools allow you to track the progress of your request and communicate directly with our maintenance team. We’re here to help keep your home in tip-top shape!
Q. When/How do I set up my utilities?
A. We’ve got the essentials covered! We automatically set up your electric, gas, water, sewage, and trash utilities. You’ll just need to arrange your own cable and internet service.
